Dr. Jay Kulkin, MD, MBA, FACOG, is the founder and president of the Women’s Institute for Health (WIFH) in Atlanta, Georgia, one of the country’s first concierge medical practices specializing in laser aesthetics. He has been a nationally recognized expert in cosmetic lasers and has conducted workshops throughout the United States and Canada, training hundreds of plastic surgeons and dermatologists on laser medicine and surgery. As a board certified OB-GYN, Dr. Kulkin began introducing cosmetic lasers to his practice in 2002 and has since transitioned into a full-service aesthetic practice, focusing on the quality of care for all services provided. By 2015, the practice has performed over 10,000 Smartlipo® procedures, hundreds of Cellulaze® procedures, as well as over 600,000 laser hair removal procedures. Dr. Kulkin completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida and received his MBA from Kennesaw State University in Atlanta. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
